What is your covid policy?

Boujee by Ashtons does not issue refunds. If covid restricts or cancels your event due to lockdown or anything covid related, we will off a full credit to the amount you have paid and this will be valid for 24 months, from the date of issue. 

How do I book a jumping castle?

By navigating to our “Hire/Shop” page via our website, you can add the items that you are interested in to your cart and our team will send you a quote. Alternatively, please give us a call on 0449 779 037 and we will be able to assist you.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a non refundable booking deposit of $100 within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. This is to hold your requested items on your scheduled date. 

How much access is required for the castle setup?

We require 1.5m access in width to be able to get the castle to the required area for setup. In cases of narrow spaces, stairs or uneven surfaces, please notify us prior to your before. If staff are unaware of specific access we can refuse setup. 

Can we move the castle during the hire period?

Due to safety and insurance requirements, the castle cannot be moved once staff have set up.

Can we set up in a park or public space?

Yes. If you require us to set up in a public reserve or park, you must have permission from the council prior to your event. We will require proof of the approval before setup. The ground must also be clear of any sharp objects or obstructions prior to castle arrival and set up. You will also need to hire one of our generators for power, which can be added to your quote through the booking portal. 

How many kids can go on the castle at once?

Each castle has different weight limits. Please check the specifications on each item listed on our website, or simply contact us for this information. 

What is the delivery fee price?

Each delivery fee is calculated based on the location of your event. 

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we do. Boujee by Ashtons are fully covered by insurance. If you require a copy of our insurance, please contact us and we will provide this to you.

Can our kids have face paint when on your castles?

This is a big no! Face-paint gets stuck on the PVS and makes it impossible to get out. 

Can I put a castle on hold?

Unfortunately we do not offer holds on our castles or any of our items 

How do you clean your equipment?

We use a hospital grade disinfectant cleaning agent that kills 99.9% of all germs instantly. The brand we use is Jaegar Australia. All equipment is washed down with warm soapy water and then completely disinfected using our Jaeger products. This is done after every use of equipment.  We pride ourselves on cleanliness so much and know how important this is now more than ever before. All equipment is wiped down before each use once set up as an extra precaution .
